WIAG Global — United States Returns & Refunds Policy

⚠️ Important: Due to US federal and state alcohol laws, we are unable to accept returns of alcohol products once they have been shipped internationally from Australia. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

🔄 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of alcohol products and international shipping regulations, we can only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Product arrived damaged or broken during transit
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong varietal or style)
  • Product is defective (manufacturing fault)
  • Order was cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse
❌ We cannot accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Order refused at delivery
  • Package seized by US customs or state authorities
  • Orders shipped to restricted states (see our US Shipping Policy)
  • Products that have been opened or consumed

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Email us at info@wiagglobal.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos in the email
  4. Our team will assess and respond within 2 business days
  5. If approved we will arrange a replacement or refund

💰 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (allow up to 10 business days)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
  • Import duties paid are non-refundable

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once dispatched from Australia cancellations are not possible
  • To cancel email info@wiagglobal.com immediately after placing your order
  • Include your order number in the subject line
  • We will confirm if cancellation is still possible

🛃 Customs Seizures

WIAG Global cannot be held responsible for packages seized by US customs or state alcohol control authorities. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure:

  • You reside in an approved shipping state
  • Your order does not exceed your state's quantity limit
  • You comply with all applicable federal and state alcohol laws
  • You are 21 years of age or older

No refunds will be issued for orders seized by authorities.

✈️ Return Shipping

  • We do not accept physical returns of alcohol products due to international shipping regulations
  • For approved refund cases you will NOT need to return the product
  • Simply provide photos as evidence of damage or fault
  • We will issue a refund or replacement without requiring the product back
